Access to Physician: You will be given the Physician's cell phone number and e-mail address to communicate with the Physician.
Same/Next Day Appointments: To the extent you require in-person healthcare services, the Physician will meet with you at the Physician's medical office on a same-day or next-day basis. In-person meetings will be mutually scheduled and conducted between the hours of 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, and at mutually agreed upon times on Saturdays and Sundays.
The services are rendered fee for service.
